For this Friday’s study break, we’re delighted to be giving away two scarves from Nepali by TDM Designs. All Nepali scarves are all made from natural, eco-conscious materials. Better still, Nepali by TDM Designs works directly with craftswomen in Nepal, helping to provide them with a sustainable income and offering educational and health care services to their families.
The first scarf is a bamboo “Bobi” scarf in sea green. It’s incredibly soft, and the tie-dye pattern imbues any outfit with a touch of bohemian chic.
The second scarf is a “Debbie” cashmere scarf in red ochre. The “Debbie” is handwoven in two directions to create a subtle striping effect, and the cashmere is luxuriously touchable and warm to boot!

I love the first scarf – what beautiful coloring. However, I’d choose the second scarf as that’s the color family to which I’m more drawn.

I love the Sally Cashmere Scarf in their Fall collection. I’ve never owned a cashmere scarf before, only sweaters, so it just looks unbelievably soft and the color, salmon pink-ish, is so pretty!
I love the Masani Due Scarf-Water. I’m drawn to the teal, but I should probably like the deep red or taupe to bust out of my teal zone. Of course, the Debbie scarf would fit that goal too. :-D

Also, if I had my druthers, I would love to own the cashmere fishnet in burnt orange. I recently moved from Florida (where I completed my Masters degree) back to Toronto (where I am starting my Ph.D) and I am having trouble adjusting the cold and dark. I think bright coloured cozy clothes are the answer to this problem.
