- Corduroys – Gap Outlet
- Scarf – H & M
- Belt – Ann Taylor
- Clogs – Dansko

I wore my Dansko clogs with cords and a cardigan, but to make it a bit more interesting, I added a scarf, which I then belted. I’ve seen this belted scarf thing in the pages of J Crew and on a few store mannequins and keep meaning to try it. The models wear it without looping the scarf around the neck, but this scarf was just too long for that. I think I’ll try it again with a shorter scarf!
I love scarves and like to play around with them, tying them in different ways, tucking them into jackets, and letting them hang loose around my shoulders. Perhaps we should try a scarf workshop to accompany the tights workshop suggested by E. What do you think?

A scarf workshop would be awesome. I own a few that can be utilized during different seasons and yet really only wear my scarves during the winter…I’d love to get more use out of them!

Even though I dish out scarf-related advice, I, too would love a workshop. Always eager for new ideas!

I think a scarf workshop would be fabulous, and for me, very fitting. It was about a year ago that I first started experimenting with scarves, not really feeling all that stylish. To hide my ignorance, I tried Google-ing how to wear a square scarf (having bought one accidentally thinking it was rectangular, like the one on the hangar beside it), and came across Kasmira’s blog… which of course, eventually lead me to yours, a very fortunate event, considering I just started grad school this fall.

A scarf workshop would probally make my day- not even joking! I’m pretty scarf savvy but all 3 of you look so chic and I want some of your secrets.
And a tights workshop sounds like my cup of tea!

I have a bunch of scarfs that I rarely wear, usually I only wear scarf to keep my neck warm and I forget to get creative with them – that they can be an essential part of an outfit. I would LOVE a workshop, I think it could be very inspiring.
I think it looks very cool that you’ve belted your scarf, is it comfortable?

That is a great color combination! It looks so nice on you! Lucky for me, I have the same hair color and skin tone as you so I can easily “borrow” your fashion sense and look just as nice!
