I’m becoming a big fan of purple and green together. I combined these colors last weekend, and thought I’d pull out this purple cardi again and layer it once more over a bright green top. A. inspired me a while ago with her great combination of purple and green and I’ve been smitten with this color combo ever since.

This harks back to our first color module, in which we explored the two-thirds rule (wearing two-thirds of a triad) – a combination that tends to appeal to all three of us.

On another note – it’s Spring Break! I am so happy to have a week to work from home and to catch up on research and projects that have been on the back-burner for a while. But I’m giving myself this weekend off and enjoying a visit to the Art Museum and dinner out with T. today. Hope you’re all having a lovely Sunday too! S.

I’ve really enjoyed reading your colour series – really well illustrated and explained.
