Endnotes:

As the week is winding down, so is my creativity level in combining neutrals, and I think this outfit reflects that. But it’s been a long week:

A. and I did a very long run that left us (or at least me) very sore. E. gave an amazing gallery talk on Wednesday night, that left me very impressed. And my students tackled Kant and Mendelssohn’s essays on the Enlightenment in the original German, which left me very proud, but also drained. And my plans for spending a lovely weekend with T., my fiance, were thwarted, so that adds to my lackluster mood this morning – resulting in a mostly brown outfit. -S.

Cool blog! I found you from a click here and click here (I have no idea).

I love your concept. I am a pharmacist and am always in search of something cool, non-boring, and looks nice with Danskos.

Thanks, Lipstickatthemailbox! Yeah, we’re always trying to find ways to dress that are both professional and cute but also comfortable. I’m sure you do a lot of standing all day, we do a lot of walking on campus, so function is key. Danskos are definitely great for that! :) A. and I are big fans, I actually own 2 pairs in different colors.
