Endnotes:
This black and grey combination was inspired by monikulus over on Flickr Wardrobe_Remix. Her wonderful monochromatic pairing of great textures and a pop of pink led me to revisit the back of my closet. I don’t think I have worn this skirt in years but I do love a good tweed.

I originally tried it with just the pink tights but they were a bit to “popping” for my taste so I layered a pair of black tights over them.

I recently came across your blog and I just wanted to say how impressed I am with you ladies. In just the last few days you have really made me look at the clothes in my closet a whole new way. Congratulations on being educated and well put together women! My only question is what you mean when you put ” remixed”. It is a phrase you all often use after your description of the indiviual outfits and I have been unable to figure out what you mean .Keep rocking ladies!! And Thank you-

Thanks for your kind words Kayla! We have all, on occasion, used “remixed” after an item to signify that we have worn and blogged it once before. I think E. uses this more consistantly than S. and A. (we gave up realizing we would be “remixing” quite a bit).

I love that tweed skirt, and the idea of pairing black over a bright tight! Im going to have to try that!
