In keeping with the summer-clothes-in-the-winter theme, I pulled this blouse out that I usually relegate to the back of my closet come cold weather. For extra warmth, I sandwiched it between a tee and a cardigan, so that just the collar would pop out for added flair. I think Louie looks impressed. -S.
